Please note that the SRW12US rack utilizes 4 mounting rails (2 front set, & 2 rear set) that can be adjusted independently in 1/4-inch (6mm) increments to enable mounting depths between 3 inches (76mm) and 20.5 inches (521mm). There is a 1-inch clearance from the front door to the 2 front rails when mounted at the very first square hole position. To gain additional clearance, simply move the front rails back accordingly. However, to accomodate server chassis depths and optional cable management we recommend considering our SRW12US33 with its 33-inch depth.

No it will not. A USB hub only supplies 0.5 Amp max to each USB port, and tablets require 2 - 2.5 AMPS to charge.
